Industrial Development Authority

The Juniata County Industrial Development Authority is a five member Board appointed by the Juniata County Commissioners. The JCIDA serves as a financing vehicle for certain business development grants and loans that require local governmental support. The board consists of:

Ronald C. Shearer, Chairman

Mark R. Partner, Vice-Chairman

Fred E. Naylor, Secretary

Jeffrey M. Zimmerman, Treasurer

John Shirk, Assistant Sec/Treas

Public Meetings of the Authority are scheduled on the Second Thursday of each month beginning at 8AM in the Juniata Business and Industry Offices, Suite 101 at 287 East Industrial Drive, Mifflintown.
