Background of the Lots for Sale
Juniata Business and Industry (JBI) has developed 29 acres of a 60 acres parcel in the Juniata County Industrial Park. The initial phase of that development known as Phase IV has 29 acres divided into 13 lots. A list of the lots, acreage and their sale costs is below.

This new development will have Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ) status, where State and Local tax incentives are available until December 31, 2028.
